* Add 2 parts prosecco. (of 1 part prosecco and 1 part soda)

* Pour 9cl Passionello into a shaker.
* Add 1cl vanilla-extract.
* Add 1cl lime juice.
* Shake vigorously and pour the cocktail into a coupe glass.
* Top with e hint of soda (or prosecco).

* Pour 2 parts Passionello into a shaker.
* Add 1 part rum.
* Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the shaker.
